Candidate should possess the following skills:
- Expertise in Motors & Drives is essential
- Knowledge of Motor and Vehicle Dynometers would be very highly valued as would Electric Vehicle/Auto experience
- Expertise in design verification, testing & validation of other Electrical and Electronics devices as well as Li On Batteries, BMS, Chargers etc would be an asset.
- Should be familiar with control panels as well as testing and measuring equipment – OBD Tools, Multimeter, Clamp meter, Oscilloscope, Power Meter/Analyzer, CAN Tool
- Experience in Design Validation tests related to customer use cases, compliances (EMI/EMC, Environmental, Functional, Safety) and abuse conditions as well as coordination & Liaison with third party testing agencies such as ARAI, ICAT, VRDI would be very useful
- Would be required to collaborate with cross functional teams to review Design Validation plans, test setups, test reports as well as with overseas principals
- Should have worked in company with high safety standards and have good exposure to best practices in SAFE operations and maintenance of testing equipment.
