Designation : Team Leader / Specialist– Product Owner

Reporting to Head of Product Design and Development
Roles & Responsibilities
- Product owner for complete product life cycle Management Technically for both Software and Hardware
- Own the product life cycle, which includes defining the product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders on feature specifications
- Review and analyse information from all sources (e.g., customer requirements, market analysis data, competitive landscape, etc.) to drive solid decision-making. Ability to thrive with partial information and ambiguity
- Safety analysis from Hardware and software perspective
- Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for product development.
- Creation and possibly updating the requirements specification for components, integration of safety requirements.
- Creation of contributions for concept specification and vehicle specification
- Risk management & decision making with the support of the team to propose and deliver an implementation strategy
Person and Experience Profile
- 6+ Years of experience in Automotive domain handled Complete Product life cycle Management and good knowledge on Software and Hardware
- Strong knowledge of ISO26262 safety and Security standards
- Minimum of around 5+ years of experience working in project that was diligently applying Agile/Scrum practices as a Product Owner
- Knowledge and/or experience with well documented Agile, Scrum tactics/techniques: Planning poker, Burndown/burn up, CFD, retrospective formats etc
- Experience with different networking protocol – RTOS, CAN , Flexray, Ethernet and UDS
- Project Management certification
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and flexible to adjust plans as per business needs
