Designation : Manager – Business Development & Sales

Location : Faridabad

Experience : 12 yrs+

Reporting to : Head – BD & Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing new customers for Motor Control Units  (He has to handle both 2W  & 4W customer segment)
  • Identifying with and contacting new customers
  • Working with the R&D teams and convincing them on the technical value proposition
  • Arranging successful lab and field trials
  • Negotiating prices and terms

Person and Experience Profile

  • Qualified Engineer (Electronics/Power Electronics).  Should have a good knowledge of electric motors drives
  • Experience in the Auto Component industry in R&D or sales.  Experience in EV space preferred
  • Should have BD experience and proven ability to interact with R&D personnel
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and flexible to adjust plans as per business needs
  • High drive and enthusiasm to make a difference
  • Person should have good experience in dealing with two wheeler companies
