Reporting to : Head – BD & Sales
Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing new customers for Motor Control Units (He has to handle both 2W & 4W customer segment)
- Identifying with and contacting new customers
- Working with the R&D teams and convincing them on the technical value proposition
- Arranging successful lab and field trials
- Negotiating prices and terms
Person and Experience Profile
- Qualified Engineer (Electronics/Power Electronics). Should have a good knowledge of electric motors drives
- Experience in the Auto Component industry in R&D or sales. Experience in EV space preferred
- Should have BD experience and proven ability to interact with R&D personnel
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and flexible to adjust plans as per business needs
- High drive and enthusiasm to make a difference
- Person should have good experience in dealing with two wheeler companies
