Sterling Tools Ltd (STL) was incorporated in 1979. The company was listed in 1995 and is trading on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). A premier producer of cold forged hi-tensile fasteners, 85% of STL revenues are from Auto OEMs. The company caters to all segments of the Auto industry across India as well as customers in USA, Europe, South America and the Middle East. STL has continuously evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of the Auto industry. The commitment to developing an Electric Vehicle supply chain and the investments in this domain are a testament to STL’s continuous evolution.
Since its inception in 2009, GTAKE has focused on motion control and clean energy systems. The core engineering team of the company is from Huawei and has extensive motor control as well as power electronics experience. With 30% of the work force involved in R&D and strict adherence to quality control standards, GTAKE has been able to consolidate its leadership in EV motor drives and inverters.
